Giving Strength to the Weary & Hope for a Future

Tulsa Girls’ Home (QRTP home) provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for girls ages 14–18 who are in DHS foster care. Designed as a therapeutic residential setting, our program serves girls who have experienced trauma, instability, and disrupted placements—offering them not just a place to stay, but a place to begin again.

At Tulsa Girls’ Home, we focus on healing, stability, trauma-informed treatment and growth. Through individualized support, and consistent relationships, girls are given the opportunity to rebuild trust, develop life skills, and work toward a healthy, independent future. Our team walks alongside each resident, providing guidance in education, emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and personal responsibility.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common & uncomfortable emotions that youth in foster care experience.

Girls in foster care, especially teens, are among the most vulnerable in the system. Many have experienced multiple placements, loss of connection, and deep emotional trauma. Without the right level of care and consistency, they are at a significantly higher risk for poor outcomes, including homelessness, exploitation, mental health challenges, and lack of long-term stability.

Tulsa Girls’ Home exists to change that trajectory.

We provide more than supervision—we provide consistency in a world that has often been inconsistent. We offer structure where there has been chaos, and connection where there has been loss. Our home creates space for girls to be seen, known, and supported as they work through their past and begin to believe in their future.
