The Tulsa Girls’ Home Board Members serve as a committee to radically improve the lives of abused and neglected girls who are placed in the foster care system and need residential care. They are a group of justice seekers who are on a mission to raise the standards for child welfare in Oklahoma and show grace and unconditional love for each and every child who enters the care of TGH.

The TGH Board assumes joint oversight for general program and policy, funding, and compliance with the Department of Human Services. The board represents the diversity of the community we serve and meets three times annually.

Breaking the cycle of trauma in teen girls is a challenge that requires the involvement of all of Oklahoma’s economy and society. This challenge cannot be solved by the government or the faith-based nonprofit sector alone. We need all of Oklahoma to be part of the conversation and the solutions for our girls in foster care and those aging out of the system.
